Ltd., the flagship of Ralhan Group of Companies, is one of the most reputed manufacturers and exporters of automobile lighting products, automotive lighting systems, spare parts for passenger cars, LCVs and HCVs including tractors. The company also exports sheet metal components. All products conform to international quality standards.

Established with the sole aim - "TO BE BETTER THAN THE BEST IN QUALITY" - the company has made significant inroads into the global market under the stewardship of Mr. Ashok Ralhan - then a young and dynamic professional, determined to take the company to new heights. And it was his vision and able guidance that the company has catapulted itself from a small, single product-manufacturing unit to a well-diversified corporate group, having businesses across industry verticals.

Today, we have five state of the art manufacturing units at New Delhi and very soon our capacities will be substantially increased as a few of our green field plants are at advanced stages of completion. Ralhan (India) Pvt. Ltd. has five state-of-the-art manufacturing units located in the fully developed industrial estates of the NCR of Delhi. The production operations are coupled with fully integrated quality control and logistics facilities.

Our in house processes include advanced machining, heat treatment, induction hardening, plating, welding, metal forging, painting and assembly sections, having cutting edge technology:

Lathes, surface grinders, milling, shear cutting, heavy-duty electrifiers, buffing machines etc. Up to 200 ton power presses and double action power presses Electroplating plant for nickel/chrome/zinc coating Painting booth and ovens for paint drying Shrink packaging machines for products packaging

RALHAN GROUP Design & Development team comprises of talent, which has been acquired over the years keeping in mind the current day requirements. RALHAN GROUP has the ability to develop the products right from the inception stage when the vehicle is conceived, making changes to its product as the vehicle takes shapes and ultimately fitment on the vehicle.

RALHAN GROUP is capable of designing products from 159 mm which is lower end and above 430 mm catering to various torque and RPM requirements of the engine. RALHAN GROUP has developed various alternative materials successfully and the products are extensively used for export market.
